Latest: Avram Grant was sacked.... Sad news to me

Mr Roman, you dont know what you are doing...

As a loyal chelsea fan for the past decade, i have seen chelsea changing managers like changing clothes.... This is not healthy to the club management... Ruud Gullit, Gianluca Vialli, Claudio Ranieri, Jose Mourinho, and Avram Grant are all fantastic managers...In fact, i dare say that if given enough time and patience for them to manage chelsea, we will be able to win Champions' league, BPL, FA Cup, League Cup, Charity Shield, or any trophies, you name it, we will win it...

I really pity them, and at the same time envy Alex Ferguson, Arsenal Wenger as they were given the trust to manage the club without much pressure of being Sacked...Whereas a Chelsea manager have to manage a club with the constant fear of being kick at the butt anytime during the season....

After the booting of Mourinho, i totally couldn't accept any manager taking over his position, and so Avram Grant naturally got my dislike...However, after his "less than a season" stint at chelsea, i realised that he does know his stuffs. It is not easy to be criticized throughout the season and still attain runners-up position in 3 trophies... He is such a fatherly figure in the chelsea dressing room... all the lads loves father grant... It was such a emotional scene when Grant lend Terry his shoulders to cry after the penalty miss a few days ago...

Father Grant, you will be missed!!!
